1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Abode of Four Bellas, including direct bookings, website reservations, and payments made via Razorpay, PayPal, or any other supported payment gateway. By completing a booking you accept these terms on behalf of all guests in your party.

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount, depending on the selected plan. The booking reference issued at checkout is your proof of reservation. Please quote it in all communications with the property.

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking. The guest making the booking is responsible for the conduct and damages of all persons in the party.

3. Check-in / check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. If you arrive outside reception hours, please contact us in advance so alternate check-in instructions can be provided.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation, modification, or no-show policies may vary by rate plan, season, and length of stay. The applicable policy is shown before payment confirmation. In general:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for eligible rates.
• Cancellations within 14 days of check-in may be charged one night or the full stay, depending on the selected plan.
• No-shows or early departures are normally charged the full reserved stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To cancel, use the manage-booking page or contact us directly. Keep a record of your cancellation request for future reference.

5. Pets

Abode of Four Bellas is pet-friendly subject to prior approval. Pets must be declared at the time of booking. We may restrict certain breeds or sizes based on safety and compatibility with other guests. Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in rooms or outdoor areas. Additional pet fees or cleaning charges may apply.

6. House rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or covered common areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for securing rooms and valuables.
• Property staff may enter rooms in emergencies or for housekeeping/safety reasons.
• Any damage, breakage, or excessive cleaning required after checkout may be charged to the booking method on file.

7. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, PayPal, or other supported gateways. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, where eligible, will be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.

8. Liability

We aim to provide a safe and comfortable stay. However, we are not liable for loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by force majeure, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or service interruptions. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel and medical insurance.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and applies to all bookings made after the update date.
